Freediving
We are from water; entering into the world holding our breath at birth. Freediving is the art of breath-hold diving that is bringing us back to our innate nature of returning to the water, or the womb. You will be surprised at your body’s natural ability to dive deep.
A wide array of freediving classes are available and can certify you to a max depth of 20 m (66 feet deep). All certifications are recognized and accepted worldwide through Performance Freediving International (PFI)…the one’s who trained the Avatar actors to dive.
Let’s get you signed up for the magic!

What’s it about? Learn how to freedive to a max depth of 20m/66ft. This course teaches you the basics of breath-hold diving. We cover topics such as physiology, physics of diving, buddy rescue, environment, gear, breathing techniques as well as yoga. We will work on land, in the pool, as well as open water.

It is not required to get freedive specific gear for this course. You also need an underwater timing device. We will provide weights, rubber weight belt, and wetsuit (if needed).
Other info? You need to be at least 10 years old (with guardian permission), able to swim/snorkel, and in good health. There are more course specifics on the PFI website HERE.
